Visit finder.eircode.ie and enter your address — your eircode will be displayed instantly.

What if NBI isn't available at my address yet?

NBI is rolling out across Ireland in phases. If your area isn't live yet, enter your details and we'll notify you when service becomes available at your address.

What speeds can I expect?

Speeds vary by location. Most properties get up to 500Mbps download, with many areas now receiving up to 1Gbps or 2Gbps. The NBI checker will show exact speeds for your address.

How long does NBI installation take?

Once your order is confirmed, NBI typically schedules installation within 4–8 weeks. The in-home installation is free on all WebWorld plans.

Can I switch to NBI if I'm already with another provider?

Yes. We'll handle the cancellation with your current provider and coordinate the NBI installation. There are no cancellation fees for switching to NBI.
